- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no email or phone call required. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Does the free plan expire?
- No. Free is free indefinitely.
- Do you read or store my email?
- No. We don't store email bodies, subject lines, or attachments — only the metadata needed to plan and verify a cleanup (sender addresses, message counts, timestamps). See our privacy policy for the full list.
- What happens to my data if I cancel or delete my account?
- Your mailbox connection is revoked and your account data is purged. We never held your email content in the first place.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes — switch from your account settings. Upgrades to annual start immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- What if I need more than 3 mailboxes?
- Add extra mailboxes for $10 per year each from your account settings. There's no per-seat math — just one user, more inboxes.
