Getting started
- How do I connect my mailbox?
- Sign in, click Connect a mailbox, and you'll be sent through your provider's OAuth flow. We never see or store your password.
- Which providers are supported?
- Gmail and Google Workspace today. More providers are on the way.

Privacy & data
- Do you read my email?
- No. Relieve Inbox only reads sender metadata — addresses, display names, and message counts. We don't store bodies, subjects, or attachments. See our privacy policy.
- Where are my OAuth tokens stored?
- On our servers, encrypted at rest, and never shared with third parties. You can revoke our access at any time directly from your mail provider.
- Do you train AI on my data?
- No. Never have, never will.
How it works
- What happens when I clean a sender?
- We move all messages from that sender to your mail provider's Trash. They sit there for the standard retention window (30 days for Gmail) before being permanently deleted by your provider.
- Can I undo a cleanup?
- As long as the messages are still in Trash, yes — restore them from your provider's Trash folder. Once the provider purges them, they're gone.
- What does the unsubscribe feature do?
- We follow the standard
List-Unsubscribeheader that legitimate senders include. For senders that don't honor it, we can also auto-trash future messages.
Account & billing
- How do I cancel?
- From your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- How do I delete my account?
- Account settings → Delete account. We remove your stored data within 30 days; OAuth tokens are revoked immediately.
